Reservation Policy

Check-In Time 02:00 PM | Check-Out Time 12:00 PM

  • If our Check-In/Out timing does not suit your holiday program, kindly inform us about the same. Necessary room allotments can be arranged on prior information, subject to availability, and may be chargeable by us directly.

  • Any child under the age of 16 may only stay at the Hotel if accompanied by an adult aged at least 18

  • Cancellation or Amendment in booking is entertained but prior information is required at least a week before your check-in date. Kindly also refer our Cancellation / Amendment policy

  • Please carry a valid government issued photo identity and address proof with you for Check-In Procedure. PAN Card is not accepted as a valid Identity Card

  • The Credit/Debit Card Holder should be one the travelers, if you have booked with us using any one of the later

  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error

 

If you or your group causes damage to the Hotel, other guests or their property, you shall be liable to pay to us on demand the amount required to make good or remedy such damage or loss and we reserve the right to :

 

  1. Cancel your reservation with immediate effect and (if appropriate) require you to leave the Hotel

  2. Restrict access to the Hotel

  3. Remove your items from the room and the Hotel, disposing of such items if you do not collect them within 7 days of removal

  4. Retain all sums paid by you and/or charge you the full amount of your reservation; or refuse future reservations from you and/or refuse you entry or accommodation at any of our Hotels

 

Our Family rooms, where available, can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children (under the age of 12). You must not exceed the maximum occupancy for the room allocated to you. We reserve the right to conduct checks on occupancy. Occupancy is not transferable.

 

Extra Guest bed can be provided on request.
