Cancellations made 15 or more days before check in date will be free

​

• Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance, but less than 15 days will incur a cancellation charge of 1 night’s tariff

• No shows and cancellations made 0 to 7 days in advance will incur 100% charge of the booking

• In case of a full refund on cancellation, there will be a deduction of approximately 5 to 6 % as payment processing charges

Note: Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible efforts to waive/minimize the cancellation charges.

 

Amendment Policy

• Amendments will be treated as cancellation

• Any refund will take at least 15 days to process

 

House Rules

• No pets allowed

• Private parties are not permitted inside the villa

• Outside guests are strictly not allowed to stay overnight

• Smoking is only permitted at designated areas, kindly refrain from smoking inside the villa.

• Music in the Villa  is allowed until 11pm. However, please ensure that you do not disturb the neighbors. We are in a small village and would not like to disturb the locals

• Photography of the premises for commercial purposes is prohibited without prior written permission from us

• The use of any drugs is not permissible on the premises and will lead to immediate removal and handover to the police

• Kindly refrain from throwing anything over the room windows as it will end up in our gorgeous pool

• Please wear appropriate swimwear to use the pool

• Please take a shower before using the pool

• Be your own lifeguard! Guests are entirely responsible for their own safety in the pool and we will not be responsible for any untoward incidents. Please also keep an eye on children in and around the pool area

• Consumption of food/ drinks is strictly not allowed inside or by the ledges of the pool.

 

Additional Rules

We understand that a holiday is when you let go and immerse yourself in the joy of taking time off. To make sure that there are no unpleasant incidents or accidents, we request you to please follow our house rules and guidelines, mentioned below. COVID REQUIREMENT FOR ALL GUESTS WHO HAVE A BOOKING WITH US:

 

1. Although the Government has advised that no COVID testing is required to enter Chirala, we would like to take extra measures to keep everyone as safe as possible. Therefore, we would require a COVID negative certificate from all guests prior to check in. If a guest does not have this certificate upon arrival, we have the right to refuse entry.

2. As an extra safety measure, we do not permit any parties or large gatherings in the apartments and request our guests to maintain this rule for the duration of the stay.

3. We collect a security deposit, which is usually the equivalent of 1 night’s stay. This is refundable upon check out provided there is no damage or loss to the villa and their contents.
